In our production site we make pasta naturally gluten-free using flours from legumes and selected cereals. The production follows the secrets of the most ancient traditions, which over time have proven to be able to obtain excellent products: bronze drawing and slow and low temperature drying, so as not to distort the characteristics of the product. The pasta obtained is rough and porous and keeps cooking well. It is these characteristics that have convinced consumers to trust us and try our products. The flour producers have been carefully selected because the quality of the raw material is fundamental: in our recipes there is only NATURE, we do not add dyes, preservatives and any type of improver. Our pasta is made only with water and flour of cereals or legumes naturally gluten-free. Our raw materials come from selected partners who achieve sustainable and organic agriculture. The high production standards are only the result of respect and enhancement of traditional processing. The cereals and legumes used for the production of our pasta and flour are selected according to strict controls. The processing of the grains respects the naturalness of the product to keep intact the organoleptic characteristics and preserve the nutritional value of the raw material. At the tasting you can find all the hints of legumes and freshly picked cereals: PASTA NATURA is so tasty and fragrant because it contains all the taste of nature.

For a sustainable production we have decided to equip ourselves with a photovoltaic system to make our gluten-free pasta using the energy of the sun, avoiding using the already scarce resources of the planet. To further lower the environmental impact we have adopted, for our PASTA NATURA, the Sbuccia Pack: our packages are easily disposable because a gesture is enough to separate the components of the package. It is so easy that even a child can do it.

Thanks to the reliability of our products, we have been recognized several official certifications that attest to their safety and high quality. Our commitment has always been to select raw materials according to high standards, to make production increasingly sustainable and to use easily disposable and recyclable packaging to keep the environmental impact of our company and our production as low as possible.
