Mix di Natura flour is perfect for making sweet and savory recipes because the mix is specifically designed in the right proportions to enhance the characteristics of each ingredient and enhance its yield in the kitchen. In our mix we have a component that serves as "solid" flour, that is the rice flour present both white and wholemeal, starch and "tasty" flour to give the mix that unique and irresistible flavor. 

Nature Mix is composed of deglutinated wheat starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, rice starch, apple fiber.
