Do not confuse it with pasta with squid: squid is a form of pasta also known as half paccheri. The name comes from the squid rings, of which it reproduces the shape. It may be for this association of ideas, but the squid with pea flour seasoned with a squid sauce is a surprising taste experience. Pasta NATURA squid is characterized by the rough and greedy surface of sauce, as well as by the perfect seal in cooking. Tasted al dente, squid has a completely different flavor.
