We use only short Italian production chain products for our PASTA NATURA's short pasta. All the most excellent organic flours, naturally gluten free, are used to create the classical pasta shapes. Penne, mezze penne, sedanini, ditalini, casarecce, maccheroni, conchigliette and gnocco sardo. The production is artisanal: dried slowly at low temperatures and bronze drawn. This is the reason why PASTA NATURA's short pasta is rough and porous, it keeps the sauce, and remains firm after cooking, this offers a surprising taste and flavour. You can prepare every kind of recipe from the traditional one to the innovative one.
